All parishioners are invited to join a Knights of Columbus sponsored Seminar on End-of-Life decisions on Saturday, April 12, starting at 9:00 a.m. until Noon in the Parish Hall. We will have presenters speaking on the following topics: Hospice and Palliative Care, Organ Donation, Pre-Planning Funeral Arrangements, Catholic Teaching regarding Burial/Cremation and Estate Planning, Wills, Powers of Attorney and Advance Health Directives. The Seminar topics will focus on our living loved ones as they enter their final months of life and the different care and legal options that they have.
The doors will open at 8:30 a.m. with complimentary coffee/tea and pastries; handouts will be provided to all attendees. A short Q&A will follow each session. Registration for this event is not required. As space is limited, plan to arrive early for the best seats. Please join the Knights as we continue our efforts to communicate important health, medical and legal topics to our members, parishioners and guests.
